Brandon's Senior Photos | Hatcher's Pass, Alaska

It is one of my favorite times of the year... High School Senior Photo time.  I love that for the next 3 months I get to hang out with high school students and photograph this time in their journey.  Brandon was my first of the season and it was a blast to hang out with him and his mom.  Brandon has some great dimples and it was fun to get him to smile big and let them show.  Thanks for a great afternoon Brandon!

Kelly and Buck's Engagement Session | Palmer, Alaska

Kelly contacted me months ago to set up her Engagement Session.  We chatted through email from North Carolina to Alaska over those months.  The months of conversation made it so fun to meet face to face.  Then I got the fun of putting her ideas and dreams into their images.  We had a beautiful afternoon creating these images.

Randy & Alina's Wedding | Wasilla, Alaska

Randy and Alina had "their" day.  Alina explained to me one day that they went on their first date on May 19th.  Randy proposed one year later on May 19th.  And their wedding day was May 19th.  What a day of celebration May 19th will be for them for the rest of their lives.  And the celebration was beautiful.  Every wedding detail and moment was planned and savored by Randy and Alina and her guests.  It was an honor to be a part of their day.

2013 High School Senior Models

The graduating class of 2013 is ready to make their mark on the Mat-Su Valley. This is one fun group of students! I had such a great time photographing them in our Anthropologie-Styled photo shoot. At the end of the day I asked each Senior to choose one word for their chalkboard. I LOVE what they came up with.
