Today I bought my ticket to go to Japan and visit my friends in February! I am so excited to go back. I also get to have this adventure with my good friend Lorrie Campbell. And to top off the adventure I am stopping in Hawaii for 3 days of beach time before heading home to the frozen north. Life is good.
There is something about travel that just excites me... maybe it is the dreams of things to come... maybe it is the adventure of something so different than the normal everyday routine. Whatever it is, it does my heart good.

I am so jealous! My app has been received and now I wait to hear if I get an interview to teach over there. I'm so not good at waiting.

Hi Friar Tuck told me to check out your blog. You will love Japan, it is a truly awesome place. I love your fern photo by the way, I am a budding photographer myself, but not in the same league as you yet, obviously!
